   . DESCRIPTION OF MY MASSAGE

My massage is a blend of a variety of techniques including Swedish, Shiatsu, Acupressure, Thai,   Reflexology , Hot Rock Balancing. and Aromatherapy.

 I start with a facial and scalp massage and go from there.  There are a lot of pain receptors in the scalp, hands and feet, so massaging these areas soothes the entire body and makes the the back  more  receptive after the other work has softened the muscles.  

Of course, the client may opt out of any of the above, or request that I spend more time on one area than another   

My aromatherapy collection includes Jasmine, Lavender, Cedar, Camphor, Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Pine Needle, Rose, and Ginger, and a special Cayenne Heat Massage Oil by Dr. Christopher's Herb Shop.  Ooh La La !
